Women's Committee for Hospice Care, Inc. Unveils "A Grand Night for Hospice XXI"
Local Nonprofit Creates "A Grand Night Like No Other" To Benefit Their Cause

Birmingham, Mich. - Women's Committee For Hospice Care, Inc. is celebrating its twenty-first year of raising awareness and funds for hospice care with their annual black tie extravaganza on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at the Ritz-Carlton, Dearborn. This year's gala is sure to be "A Grand Night Like No Other". This year also marks a fte for the Ritz-Carlton, Dearborn with twenty years in Metro Detroit and twenty years collaborating with WCHC on an event that has been touted one of the season's premiere social events.

Benefit co-chairs Linda Ebert and Dee Wright-Masilotti have planned an unparalleled evening of dancing, dining, and an auction. From cocktails in the Grand Hall, to fine dining la Ritz in the Ballroom, the evening will be one of constant surprises and unique touches. Scott Swenson, an award-winning auctioneer, will present the limited live auction. Dancing will be to the repertoire of the Jerry Fenby Band. Please join us in your finery for a night on the town for an amazing cause.

"More than ever, it's important for us to come together in support of the hospice community," said Linda Ebert, ball co-chair. She added, "We are very excited to present this year's ball, as we are adding new elements to enhance the event that we think our patrons will enjoy."

The extraordinary evening continues on, post-Gala, as patrons explore the vibrant nightlife of metro Detroit at Club Dragon Bleu at the Ritz, a chic party within a party concept. The entertainment, dancing, and tasty martini bar and clubroom dcor are all generously underwritten by our sponsor Dragon Bleu Vodka.

Honorary chairs supporting this important event are Mr. and Mrs. Joseph E. Antonini, Mr. and Mrs. Troy A. Clarke, Mr. and Mrs. David Forbes, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. LaSorda, and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph O. Serra.
